Too expensive for what is offered

Ruby's gets a lot of guests simply because it's the closest RV park outside Bryce Canyon. It's the only reason we stayed here. If there were other options, I won't come back here because it's too pricey for the quality of service offered and they pad their charges with "hotel tax" and somesuch. There's so much dust everywhere. The sites are covered with gravel and aren't level at all. They're also crammed close together. We couldn't put out our awning for fear of hitting our neighbor's RV. Full hookups available but no cable. Wi-fi was very unreliable. We couldn't locate the staff when we needed guiding through the campground.

We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.

Dear lonjf5, I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience at Ruby's Inn RV Park. Let me assure you that this feedback helps to improve our sites and services. We just added 44 new, large sites that can accommodate big rigs. Our park has received the Woodall's 5 star rating and is approved by AAA. Our guest service agents are committed to providing outstanding customer service as we host guests from all over the world who come to visit Bryce Canyon.

Also, one point of clarification. The hotel tax you mentioned is a transient tax that is assessed by the County and the State. We cannot omit this tax without penalty from the State.

Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We hope you will consider us again.
