Beautiful Texas State Park Camping sites ranged in size and in tree coverage. The sites more in the open usually had a cover over the picnic table. The campground isn't right on the river but access is only a short drive and then hike down. There are lantern hooks, water, electricity, fire pits and tables at every site. The showers and restrooms were clean. The are some great hikes at this park and the river and the falls were fun. There is also an awesome bird blind where you can sit and watch all kinds of birds dart about. The camp host sold wood and ice. We had a great time and would camp here again happily.We stayed here in a Tent.

We camped here during May of 2012 and we had a lot of rain so the river was very full and fast but the falls were amazing!
