You're going to love this RV park if you like to be close to town Easy to find on 441 next to a huge antique mall that also houses a nice Chinese restaurant. No reservations. First come, first served, find a spot, all level and full hookup, and go pay inside the antique store. What was a laundry room is now a great (Cash's) BBQ Restaurant which is open from 11:30 to 2:30. Nice bath and shower facility - get the key from Mike. No pool, no fancy facilities but well worth the $20/night. We stayed two nights. We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.

We went back for the second year and even though this park is small and basic we felt like it served our needs. When in Franklin be sure and eat at Cafe Rel.
