Worst Campground in the US The owner is a total nut. I called for reservations a month in advance and paid in full for 4 spots, a total of $480. On our way to the campground from Dayton, OH they called and cancelled our reservations. Try to find a campgound on Labor Day weekend on an hours notice. The people at Three Springs campground took us in and treated us like family. My wife and I went to Camper Village from Three Springs to get a receipt for or cancelled reservations. They had called earlier for our Visa card number but could not get it to work. When we arrived, the owner was very ugly to us. She claimed she had already refunded our money, but when we requested a receipt she could not give us one. When her receptionist said I was rude on the phone she went ballistic. When they cancelled our reservations, they claimed that they had not written down our reservations so they had given the spots to someone else. When i asked them how they knew my phone number if they had lost my information, they were very defensive. The owner was so rude that and called the police on us. When the police arrived we finally got our refund, it seems she had not given it to us as she claimed, and receipt and we left. If I were anyone traveling to visit the Ark, DO NOT STAY AT THIS CAMPGROUND.

By the way, their rates are not $21 - $25. We paid $40/ night.
