Apparently, our route will be taking us through an inspection station located in the Florida-Georgia border. The last time we've been through one, we were only asked a few questions by the officer. Is this going to be the same thing, or are they going to require us to open and inspect the entire RV? I am going with my children who are both under the age of ten but am concerned that NO will not have many activities for them. I know NO is a great place for adults but what about for children? Are there lots of family activities? I know this may sound ignorant, but is the city safe? I have read that NO has a very high crime rate. I would love to contribute money to the Gulf region since they have been through so much and can really use the support, however, if this is not a great place for my family and I to go, then perhaps NO isn't for us.
