Overall we really loved this campground. However, you need to know before you go that there will be NO cell service. There is a public phone down at the entrance to the campground that uses ONLY phone cards. I don't really object to being out of touch for a few days but we had no way of knowing this until we were actually there.
We stayed in the loop that allows pets and it was very nice. The showers and bathrooms are VERY clean and water pressure was good in the showers. There is a strict quiet hours policy which was well observed by almost everyone. ALMOST because at 5:30 AM on Friday we were awakened by clanging and banging and bumping that we finally realized was the garbage truck emptying the 5 huge bins at the entrance. Because our site was right up the hill it was very loud. I suppose there is nothing they can do about the schedule but it is too bad it has to be so early. If you have small children it might be best to book a site in the 20's which are near the bathrooms and far away from this noise. Certainly sites 6-18 are too near. They are also the sites that will get afternoon sun.
There is a lot to do in the park and in surrounding areas and other than the garbage truck noise and lack of cell reception (with a phone that requires a card) I'd give it 5 stars. Get the right site and bring a phone card and it's great!

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
