July 26th - Saturday - Decorate your Site

Decorate your site in any style you like. (Christmas) You will have until 6pm to finalize your site.

7:00pm - Bring your Beverage of choice to the Barn to meet the other contestants.

July 27th - Sunday - Awards and Departure Day

Departure Day - For those departing today, time to clean up and say your goodbyes. We hope that you have enjoyed this weekend and we hope to see you again very soon.
BBQ Event August 8, 2014 to August 10, 2014 This is a weekend recommended by one of our Guests last year and one that I am particularly looking forward to. Bring your Smoker, Green Egg, or other Charcoal Grill (sorry, no Gas Grills) and get your BBQ on.

Meat to be BBQ: BBQ Cookers Choice of one or all of the following

Brisket - Sliced - Not shredded!!!
Pork Butt - Pulled
Ribs - Beef
Chicken - Pulled or Breast

Rules of the BBQ:

1. Must bring un-seasoned packaged meat.
2. Prior to cooking, all meat must be inspected.
3. No Gas Grilles or already prepared meats.
4. All meats must be done by 6:00pm Saturday for judging. Absolute cut-off is 6:15pm by wprvresort clock.
5. Have fun, meet other cooks and learn what/how others do their BBQ

Motorcycle Rally & Ride August 15, 2014 to August 17, 2014 Motorcycle Rally & Ride Weekend Events

This time of year should be perfect to get the bikes out and go for a beautiful ride.

Aug 15th - Friday Night

Arrive and get checked in. Double check the bikes and make sure that they are ready to go.

8:00pm - Bring your beverage of choice to the Barn area and mingle with the fellow Riders.

Aug 16th - Saturday

10am - 3pm - The ride will depart at 10am. This is going to be a long ride; 2hrs each way. Destination: Legs Inn at the end of the Tunnel of Tree’s Road. It is a beautiful ride and really worth the time. This is not going to be a race; this is going to be a nice safe comfortable ride so that everyone can enjoy themselves. Labor Day August 29, 2014 to September 1, 2014 Considered to be the end of camping season....for other’s. For WPRVRESORT, is a great weekend to get together and have a great time!



August 30th - Saturday - Meet up at the new activity grounds by the Barn.

10:30am - Sack races- Kids only, Adults only, Kids and Adults.

11:00am - 3 legged races - Kids only, Adults only, Kids and Adults.

11:30am - Multi-Stage Race - Run, Sack, and 3 legged race - this is Kids and Adults.

Dusk - Flashlight Candy Hunt - This will be held at the new activity area. (Barn)

Cancellation Policy
Within a week = $20.00 cancellation fee
No Refunds with 24hr of reservation
30 Days notice for Holiday or Events or no Refund.

Pets
• All pets must be on a leash at all times.
• Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.
• Pets are not allowed in the registration building, recreational building, or pool area.
• Should pets become noisy, they must be brought inside/quieted immediately.
• All pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• Any campers not in compliance will be asked to leave the park without refund.

Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours begin at 11:00pm and last till 8:00am. This means that all radios, stereos, or any other music devices are turned down low.
• The pool and recreational areas will close at dusk.
• All evening campfire conversations must be kept low so as not to disturb neighboring campers. You may love singing at midnight, but your neighbors may not love it so much!
• Campers that refuse to abide by the quiet hours will be asked to leave the park without refund.

Trash
• All garbage must be taken to the designated dumpster across from the registration building
• Do not leave any trash outside or on a picnic table overnight as unwanted animals will visit
• Please do not litter on the park grounds since we work very hard to provide our guests and visitors with a clean, park-like setting
• Any camper discarding trash or littering anywhere on the property will be asked to leave the park without refund

Vehicles
• All vehicles must fit within the site provided. No vehicles are permitted to be on any part of the road or on neighboring sites.

Visitors
• All guests must stop at the registration building upon arrival.
• For visiting guests there is a $10.00 fee per vehicle with 2 Adults and 2 Children. The fee for each additional adult is $7.00; each additional child under the age of 16 is $4.00.
• No visitor pets allowed in the park.
• Visitor vehicles are not permitted to be on any part of the road or on a nearby site. Visitors are welcome to park at the registration building.
