We stayed here over Thanksgiving because I waited too late to get in campgrounds in Asheville. The good news here is that the owners seem nice and everything works. The bad news is that it's just trashy. When we pulled in, our site had a large pile of leaves in it that nobody had bothered to clean out or blow off. Old farm equipment is stored all over the place. Maintenance hasn't been kept up with. If there were other campgrounds nearby with available sites, we would move. Won't be back.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

This campground is a very nice and clean place. The site we got had full hookups and cable TV. We like it that the place had a well-stocked store that is open till late at night and a fishing pond for the campers' use. Also, it's only a short hike to Catawba Falls. Very nice, and we'll definitely return.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.
