Willow Bay is the most modern facility that I have come across at ANF. We decided to stop here after hiking in the previous two night at Handsome Lake(awesome camp spot, btw). We were pretty tired so the manicured lawns, hot showers and car camping were ok with us. The are are lots of RV campers at this location. One RV had a satellite and it looked like another RV had a wifi antennae setup and was selling airtime. LOL. Our campsite had a fire ring and was right on the Willow Bay inlet. There is a protected area for a bird's nest in the water that was interesting. We had a bear visit the campground during the night but there were so many campers that they shouted the bear out of the campsites. If you are a first time camper this is probably the place for you. Seasoned hiking camper would probably seek another site like Handsome Lake. I'll be reviewing Handsome Lake as CampingRoadTrip.com lists it in the site directory.

We stayed here in a Tent.

I have spent several weeks on Willow Bay Campground - Bradford PA in June/July 2012 ... and it was gorgeous!
The campground is very peaceful, the sunsets at the lake are unforgettable.
But remarkable is also that everywhere it is permanently extraordinary clean - at the campgrounds and boat launch area, as well as inside the sanitary buildings.
The hosts were so especially helpful and friendly, they really seem to enjoy "operating" the campground.
Thank you for making my stay so special, I am looking forward to be back soon!

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.
