Sadly this park has allowed too much long-term homesteading to overflow into prime camping sites. Nice, friendly staff lead us to our campsite, over dirt, sand and grassy pads. Only one SMALL, OVERCROWDED area set out spacious enough for our rooftop satellite to work, all other sites heavily shaded. Amenities were fine. Location to everything Myrtle Beach is excellent.

While not on the beach, there is a free beach shuttle (in season), and this campground is not far from a majority of what you will probably want to do in Myrtle Beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the sites are level.
