| Almost got shot @ Robert Newlon RV Park! | |
I am a woman who (mostly) travels and lives alone. I was living at Robert Newlon Air/RV park near Huntington, WV for the past few weeks. I went for a walk at midnight around the park. This is not uncommon. It’s a beautiful park with access to the Ohio River and a big airstrip/field that is used by skydivers and airplanes during the day. On my walk around the park, I noticed 2 cars parked down near the airstrip with their lights on and some commotion was going on. This was uncommon. After living at the park for about a month, I grew used to the park being quiet and relatively vacant.
I proceeded on my walk, closer to the cars and stumbled upon an older man receiving oral sex from a very young girl. The man looked at me while touching himself. Feeling very violated and disgusted, I went back to my trailer for an axe to wield in self defense if he decided not to leave the park.
