| Nice little KOA on the way to Yellowstone (June 2013) | |
My son and I spent six nights camping in a tent on a 10-day, 9-night roadtrip through Minnesota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana, and we ranked this as #3 of our favorite campgrounds on the trip. This is not to say it gets a B or C grade, but it ranks in our top three places to camp. The staff is super friendly, and the grounds/facilities were very well-maintained. There is also a little trail near the back of the campgrounds that takes you back to Rock Creek nearby. The campsites are a little tight, which is really the only reason for the four vs five-star rating we've given it. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip!
We stayed here in a Tent. | | Comments (0) |
