Inexpensive and clean. The back in sites were difficult to maneuver my 33 ft 5th wheel into, but the owner helped hook up the power and water. The pull thru sites would have been much easier, but we didn't have reservations.
Good WiFi and cable TV. Clean showers and laundromat.
