Local Directions: Heyburn State Park is located between the towns of Plummer, ID and St. Maries, ID on Highway 5. Take Highway 95 to Plummer, Idaho. At Plummer take Highway 5 traveling east. Travel approximately 6 miles and at the bottom of a steep winding grade you will take a left onto Chatcolet Road. Hawley's Landing Campground will be the first right. The Visitor's Center is visible as soon as you turn onto Chatcolet Road. Follow Chatcolet Road approximately 2 miles to get to Chatcolet Campground.
