	Poor customer service
scrappy Newbie June 9, 2013

Advertised shuttle service to French quarter, but only had one available a day, and if it is full, you are out of luck. Also stated pool is open until 10pm, but was closed and locked when we went at 9:30. Very poor customer service and deceitful advertising. We stayed here in a Class B Motorhome.

Super nice and helpful staff! 20 minutes to the French Qtr. Has shuttle service to all attractions. Nice small pool. Shaded, paved and level spots. Has dog-walking service for while you're out. Great Wi-Fi and cable. Well shaded. Lots of space and grass at each spot. Well stocked store on site. Very close to shopping. We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.

	Great campground

Campground is quiet with the occasional noise from airplanes, but bearable. Nice spacious and shady sites paved with concrete. Hookups were not a problem. Several showers and restrooms located around the campground that are well maintained. Roads into the campground are a bit narrow and bumpy. Wi-Fi access pretty much reliable throughout our stay here. Provides daily shuttle service to the French Quarter free of charge. Staff really nice and friendly. Will definitely come back. We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.

We recently stayed at this rv park. We found it clean and had everything we needed. Friendly staff. Not alot of shade but there are some shaded sites. We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.
