	Don't let beach access mislead you

Yes, it is RIGHT on the beach. But the beach has a decent amount of trash, it's downwind from an oil refinery (it smells awful), and is directly underneath the LAX flight path so it's noisy to distraction without relief. Plus the people who work here are rude. They're always otherwise busy and make sure you know that you interrupted them. We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

	Campground near the Beach

This is a pretty basic campground for RVers. Apart from the bathrooms, there are no other man-made amenities here. No WiFi and Cable TV here. The noise level can be really bothersome since it's located near LAX and you would often hear the roaring sound of the airplanes. The staff here is friendly and helpful. They regularly patrol the campgrounds. The best part here is that it's literally a few steps away from the beach. However, the sites are pretty narrow and there's a lot of really high speed bumps along the way which can easily damage items in your RV. We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.
