Local Directions: From I-95 in Fredericksburg: Exit at US Rte 3 E. Continue on Rte 3 thru Montross. After Montross (on new 4-lane hwy), turn L at Rt 202, go E to Hauge & Mt Holly. Continue on 202 to Callao. At Callao, continue straight at stop light onto US Rte 360 E towards Heathsville & Burgess. Pass thru Burgess and follow 360 toward Reedville. Before Reedville, turn L on Rte 652 (Sunnybank Rd). If you get to Reedville, you went to far! Go 1.5 miles on Sunnybank Rd. Turn R onto Smith Point Rd (our sign is on L before the turn) and go almost to the end.
