Yes, it is on the water and yes, the views are good. Yes, the price is OK. All that said if the owners just put some effort into cleaning it up, paving the roads and the sites, this park would be really good. But it is not. Did not use the facilities....just a little taken aback by the conditions, we did not think it was wise.
