Reasonably close to highway

Typical KOA, sites close together without much shrubbery. Has loads to do with pool, bowling, mini-golf. All very clean and well-kept. Friendly, college-age staff. We just stayed overnight and it was a fine stop.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Pull through only for short rigs with short toads. Other facilities, bathhouses were nice. Great dog parks. Laundry hours not very good. Gravel roads. Sites not really level.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

Don't follow your GPS

Follow the signs to the campground from the highway. We almost followed our GPS which would have taken us down a non-existant road. Otherwise, the sites were easy in and out and relatively level. We just stayed one night in transit to didn't check out much of the facilities, but they appeared nice from what we saw.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.

Fair access from interstate. This campground must be beautiful in the summer. There are plants all over the place. Sites are quite close as per typical KOA together but there aren't a lot of campers in December so there was at least one space between us and another camper. Restrooms appear to have been redone and are sparkling clean. Pool and slide for during the summer. Very congenial and helpful owner is working on putting in new, larger sites and a pond. Other than current lot size, the only negative is that the dumpsters are some distance from the camping area.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer 5th Wheel.
