This place is horrible

Don't stay here!!!! This is the worst place on the river!! They are very rude, the sites are SUPER SMALL. It was so close to the road I couldn't even sit at the picnic table. I didn't get the site I paid for. They said I could have a credit for the difference in the price. I don't want a credit. I would never go here. I wouldn't even want my dog to camp here!

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Dirty, noisy place

We went here for the Easter weekend. Not sure if we just came at a really busy time, but this place is the dirtiest we've been to. Lots of trash scattered all over the grounds and no one around to clean up. The place was packed and people partied right until the wee hours, not caring about how their noise disturbed their neighbors. They've got nice facilities, though. No cable TV and wi-fi was unreliable. It was just a bad experience for us.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.

Nice enough place by the river

A nice, quiet campground. We stayed here for a weekend in the off-season and enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and work hard at keeping the place neat and clean. We had a riverfront site and it was roomy enough. We were able to put up lawn chairs by the river and enjoy a quiet afternoon. Fishing was great. There were only a couple of things we didn't like about this place. One is that the wi-fi doesn't work some of the time, and when it works it's a crawl. The other is the reddish sand on the sites, which is pretty hard to clean off.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.

This is not the classiest of places but definitely fun. The goal on this trip was floating down the river and staying up too late at the site, to put it mild! I always love a site that has beautiful trees.
It is better to go RV to this one unless you really don't mind the getting down and dirty aspect. Bath rooming not pleasant unless it just got clean if you know what I mean!

We stayed here in a Tent.
