| DO NOT STAY HERE! IF YOU STAY HERE YOUR RV WILL BE BROKEN INTO! | |
I've been here for 12 days, and my fifth wheel was broken into (07-12-14). After I talked to the office lady, put money on reservation, signed multiple pages about the rules and conduct, paid my bill and walked out of the office. The young office lady informed me (after the fact) that there have been break-ins in multiple RVs. I asked her, "Why didn't you tell me all that on the phone when I made my reservation and went through all the signing of the paperwork and the payment?" She informed me that they had police officers patrolling the area now, so there is no more problem since the police presence. That was an absolute LIE! In the 12 days I was there, I never saw one police office drive through to check on the tenants. She just wanted my business, I'm guessing commission. If you camp, it is not the easiest thing to just move from place to place. So I decided to stay, but I wanted a place close to the office, so they could keep an eye on the RVs. They didn't, my lot number was #9! Very close to the office! I think it was an inside job, because i had a 62" TV that took two people to lift, and it would barely fit through my door, so it took them some work to get that single item out of my trailer. They also took my recently deceased father's rifle (the last thing that my dad gave me before he passed). As well as other items. Inside job! DO NOT stay here! NEGATIVE STARS, BECAUSE I CANNOT LEAVE IT EMPTY!
We stayed here in a 5th Wheel. | | Comments (0) |
