Not really a camping park but Art's backyard with a handful of sites. We only stayed here a couple of days, but the others in the site look like seasonal RVers. The place is shady and there isn't a lot of street noise so we enjoyed some peace and quiet. There are no showers or laundry or other facilities here. So you need to be self contained. Got good WiFi
