Local Directions: From Austin: Follow I-35N and take Hwy. 29 west through Burnet to caution light at FM 690. Take a right and the resort is one mile north of the caution light on your left. From Dallas/Ft Worth: Take I-35 S. to exit 261 (Georgetown). Turn west on Hwy 29. Continue west on Hwy 29 through Burnet for approximately 10 miles (where you’ll see a blinking caution light which is FM 690). Turn right on FM 690 and the resort is located one mile north of the caution light on your left.

Monthly Rates: 30 nights. No refund for unused nights. Reservations for less than 30 nights (intended arrival and departure dates) will be charged either on a daily or weekly basis or a combination of weekly and daily (whichever applies). A deposit of $100.00 is required for reservations immediately at time of making the reservation and balance for the first month is required 30 days prior to arrival. RV Sites monthly rates do not include electricity - it will be billed separately. |

Cancellation Policy
Individual reservations:
Cabins: Cancel 30 days or less before arrival, lose 1 night's rent.
RV Sites: Cancel 7 days or less before arrival, lose 1 night's rent.
Cabins & RV Sites: Cancel reservations for a holiday or special event weekend, there is no refund.
Groups:
Cabins: Cancel 60 days or less, lose 1 night's rent.
RV Sites: Cancel 14 days or less before arrival - lose 1 night's rent.
Cancel group reservations for a holiday or special event weekend, and there is no refund. |
Check In / Check Out
Cabins: Check in any time after 3 pm.
Check out any time before 11 am.
No late check out is available but for $20 guests may continue to use the resort facilities until 4 pm on their departure date.

Damage
|
Guests will be charged for any damage or loss of property they are responsible for. |
Dishes
|
Dishes in cabins must be washed at the end of the stay and put back in the cupboard before guests' departure. |
Gray Water
Gray and black water must not be allowed to drain onto the ground. Waste water must always be drained through the sewer hose attached to the sewer system at each RV Site.
Outlets from the camping unit must be plugged when the unit is moving or must have the appropriate hose attached when on site. |
Pets
Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweillers, Bull Terriers and any dog that looks like these breeds and any dog that is known to show agression towards people, are not allowed.
A maximum of 3 animals per RV Site is allowed.
Animals are not allowed in cabins except the one "animal friendly" cabin we have. |
Pool
People 16 years and younger must be supervised by an adult who is 21 years or older while at the pool and hot tub.
No jumping into the pool or off the rock walls.
Beverages must be in plastic - never in glass!
No swimming allowed during thunderstorms or where the possibility of lightning exists. |
Quiet Hours

10 pm to 8 am - strictly enforced. |
Trash
Trash is to be placed in the trash containers provided. Trash is not picked up from sites or cabins.
A trash dumpster is available only for food and drink trash - it is not to be used for unused furniture. |
Vehicles
|
All vehicles in the resort must display the correct mirror tag which the owner obtains at the resort office before driving past that point. |
Visitors
Day guests may enter and use the resort facilities only if they have friends staying overnight.
A Day Guest fee applies for each person 6 years and older and also their vehicle.
Day guest's vehicles must be parked in public parking areas only - not on RV Sites.
Day Guest wishing to visit the resort with a view to staying at a future time are welcome to take a 15 minute tour of the property at any time between 9 am and 6 pm. |
