	Good location

This park is located in a decent area, close to what we want to do in Pigeon Forge. The grounds are also well maintained. We found the staff to be less than helpful, and bordering on rude. Because of that we have rated this park lower and will be staying at other locations next time we're in Pigeon Forge. We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.
