Rip off charges

Having paid in full at the time of booking, when I arrived they said I had to pay a $10 dog fee (as if I wouldn't know when booking if we have a pet!) and the dump fee is $20. That makes it an expensive noisy site right beside the 101.
We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.
