Seyenna Vista. Talk about a swamp. This one really needs emptying, but the slime that's in it is so entrenched so it will never happen. If you live here, get used to it.

Seyenna Vista is not a resort. You can call it the Devil's Playground, Pleasure Island. Don't call it a resort. A resort is where you go to relax and have fun. The harsh reality here, is that you'll be periodically vexed by ignorant and loud neighbors, notices from management and you will be required to do work. Maintenance doesn't do anything, but ride around in their trucks and their little cart so you can expect no help from maintenance.

The clubhouse toilet is a rockin' and rollin' when you sit for 2 years now. Faucet aerators are limed up and water squirts out. The exhaust fan is so clogged that it won't hold one square of toilet tissue. After your shower, the mirror is completely fogged for about 15 minutes. Surprise... the shower water control is backwards. Don't get scalded.

Seyenna Vista has updated their washing machines and dryers, so now you'll need a small loan to do your laundry. Once inside, it's Las Vegas night! Maybe the machines work and maybe they don't. It's a gamble.

Seyenna Vista expects you to keep your space clean and attractive and that's understandable. Oh, they keep the front office clean and the front landscape well manicured, but once backstage, you'll find a very different story.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

First of all, when leaving or entering this park, you have to cautiously make it through busy traffic. It usually takes a minute or two to turn right and usually longer to turn left! It is right off of the 202 and constantly very busy. Besides that, the park is okay. If you can get past the late night music occasionally blaring from vehicles driving through the park, and the fact that it takes an unusually long time to pull out of the driveway, it's pretty nice. The clubhouse is AWESOME. The pool is great. Free wifi in the clubhouse. Laundry, gym, and the park is gated. Close to

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer 5th Wheel.
