| Clean, Well-Run RV Park - No Tents or Open Fires | |
The name of this campground defines its niche. Accommodating mostly long-term campers in RVs or residents in permanently-installed manufactured homes, there are a few grass-covered, full-hookup sites for overnight campers in RVs. We occupied one of their available sites. It was located between a permanently-installed manufactured home and a travel-trailer that had been on the site for five weeks. Our site included a paved patio, picnic table, water, sewer and 50-amp electric hookup but no shrubs for privacy. All paved roads, Wi-Fi, cable TV, modern coin-operated laundry facilities, a heated swimming pool and well-maintained, clean showers are available for residents. Just a short drive from Sanibel and Captiva Islands this campground is also convenient to shopping. The office is open ONLY on weekdays, so plan ahead if you plan to arrive on a weekend.
