Pretty Good Facility, But Not Much to Do There

October 28, 2012
This small campground should have been named "Shady Oaks" since large acorns from the oak shade trees rained on our coach during our entire stay. Most of the campground is occupied by either permanent, anchored residences or long-term campers. The remaining 20 or so campsites are gravel, reasonably clean, level and have a picnic table, fire ring and full hook-ups. We stayed in late October 2012, so the swimming pool was closed. They have a well-equipped lounge and meeting room with a complete kitchen; ideal for groups, but no store for supplies and groceries. You'll need to have all of your supplies because there are no stores within a reasonable walking distance. They can refill portable Propane tanks, but cannot fill built-in motorhome tanks. Wi-Fi is an additional $6 per day. This is the nearest campground to Atlantic City, is convenient to the Atlantic City Expressway and other major highways, but is in a quiet location.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
