Very nice East Texas park.

Although there has been some substantial tree loss due to recent hurricanes and drought, this remains an attractive and shady park. There is lots to do, including camping, picnicking, hiking, a swimming pool, mountain biking, horseback riding, nature study, fishing (crappie, perch, catfish and bass) and boating.

Most campsites are spacious, level, and shaded. Our favorites are on the Piney Shores loop because they are right on the shore of Lake Livingston, and have outstanding views across the water.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Lake Livingston state park offers some awesome camping by the water underneath the shade of some of the tallest pines you'll ever encounter. Lake Livingston also hosts some great fishing for crappie and bass. nice paved roads and electricity and water right at your fingertips. Nice park all the amenities. will go back

We stayed here in a Popup Trailer.
