The park is very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The park looks like it caters to those that need a non mobile place to stay for part of the year (winter). The RV spots are all pull in, gravel drives with concrete pads and ample parking. The laundry area was large, clean and the machines all looked functional. Would have given 5 stars if there were shade trees and grass areas.

We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.

This RV resort is nice but could have been better. It's clean and quiet, with easy access to the I-17 but not much road noise unless you're located near the middle and the front of the park. The sites are smallish, a little sloped and too close together. Full hookups available, no cable TV, wi-fi for extra fee. They collect your garbage twice a week. There's a small dog park inside the resort. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. The showers and laundry rooms are clean.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.
