Nice park but poor customer service at times

Desk girls are friendly and helpful. However, we experienced an office staff member that was curt and insulting. Obviously resents answering questions, or receiving guest mail. States she won't accept anything but bulk mail, no UPS or FedEx deliveries. We must have a POB that will forward mail in bulk to us. We had to ask for WiFi code, and had to return to office to get it. Make sure you ask when registering. WiFi is marginal. Makes long-term stays difficult. I definitely felt unwelcome with disabilities, and quickly learned that some of the other monthly RVers felt the same (also disabled). Otherwise, the park is nice, the pads are gravel, and the roads are paved. One nearby RVer came by to ask if we had any pain meds to share, so we lock everything up. Nice amenities. Too many kids in pool for older folks to enjoy, and suspect some not supervised. OK for short stays. Sits along busy freeway (I-25) so is noisy, even in back spaces.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.
