| Don't go here!! Bad customer service policies | |
This is an unusual post for me and we've been camping for 20 years. We are extremely unhappy with this campground. Our group was looking for a full hookup place for the Fall. I called this campground twice mentioning October each time. After our group voted to go here, I made a 3rd call where we were booked. People started calling to reserve. Approximately 6 hrs later, I get a very fluttered call explaining that they don't do groups in October. I get it & I did tell her I was very disappointed & it was an inconvenience (literally that is what I said). Later I thought about it & sent an email wanted to ask if we could book individually. This apparently really ticked off the owner because she doesn't make $$.
