On the positivies, the the river tubing looked fun. We didn't have a tube but waded in the river instead. On the negs, the dirt was gravel which created a lot of dust all over our truck and trailer. Quiet hours are not enforced at all! There were flood lights and horseshoes going on at 11pm. Also a lady holding a beer near the no alcohol sign at the pool told me girls the coudn't be in the pool without a parent around although I was watching from the other side of the fence.
