This park has very good showers and a great store. Nice people too. Our biggest complaint is that they are in the hills and the roads in the park are narrow and it is a tough climb up with a bigger rig from the highway. Also, not enough full hookup sites even though they have a dump station. Not too far from I-495 but the road on the drive in was in terrible shape and under construction when we arrived in late July. Also, lots of biting bugs here so bring extra spray.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

Convenient to Boston and I-495 - Bring Your Own Spotter

We stayed at this campground to have a convenient visit with family members who live in nearby Chelmsford. We met others who were using this campground as a stopping point on their way to Maine and Canada. It's conveniently located for that.

Although the campground is hilly with many tall trees, the sites have been carefully leveled throughout and are laid out to offer some privacy. The campground features a clean, heated swimming pool, game room, pet walk, horseshoes, volleyball court, bocce ball, grocery and supplies store and propane by the pound or gallon.

The cable service offered by the campground has only standard definition analog channels. Trees shading most of the campsites will prevent rooftop satellite antennas from working. Rather than traditional metal fire rings, most sites have stone fire rings. Small cabins are also available.

When we arrived, the owner greeted us and escorted us to our site with his golf cart. Unfortunately he parked his golf cart in a hazardous location. As he was giving us directions to line up our coach in order to back into the site, the tail end of our coach collided with his golf cart, doing about $2,000 worth of damage to our RV. Naturally the owner did not want to assume any responsibility for what happened even though he was giving me detailed directions. Needless to say, when camping here, you should use your own spotter to minimize the potential for damage.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

A very well-kept older RV park. Attractive with trees and natural type landscaping. Privacy between many of the campsites. Campfires allowed. Office personnel very friendly, efficient and helpful. Sites awkward to get into because of trees, but the owners offered helpful tips to get us backed in. Roads are gravel and if they were paved, would rate 5 stars.

We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.

Very good, well-maintained campground

This campground is quiet and has a rustic feel, with all the tall pines surrounding the grounds. Sites are very large and widely spaced apart so you'd have comfort and privacy. Full hookups, including cable TV and wi-fi available. The grounds are nicely maintained. The bathrooms look old, but they're very clean, with paper towels, soap and hot water available. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Just one negative: the inner roads can be steep and tricky to drive through.

We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.
