| West Glacier, campground | | Written by cookies on December 1, 2009 |
| This campground was pretty great in terms of cost, I think it was about $20 per night for a site. I wasn't a big fan of the campsite just because of the amount of people. I went in the summer in late July and it was just hard to find good campsites, as most of the campgrounds were pretty full. The sites were pretty close together so you really heard your neighbors and traffic coming in and out. This one had a store and laundry onsite. But you had to pay for a shower. Overall it was fine, but I would have rather done the backcountry the whole time, where you didn't have to see so many people and share space. If you want easy access to everything, and don't want to hike into a site, this site would be fine for both tenting and parking your rv | | | Comments (0) |
