Local Directions: Coming from the South - On US-83, follow the signs for US-83 around Oakley. On the west side of Oakley, you'll turn to the north to continue northbound on US-83. Head north for about 5 minutes. About 200 yards before you reach the interstate ramps, you'll turn left (west) onto the driveway, and head straight up to the High Plains Camping Welcome Center. Coming from the North - On US-83, cross over I-70. About 200 yards beyond the interchange, turn right (west) and head straight up the driveway to the High Plains Camping Welcome Center. Coming from the West - On I-70, take Exit #70 and go southbound (right) onto US-83. Go about 200 yards and turn right (west) onto the driveway, and head straight up to the High Plains Camping Welcome
