On its way to being one of the best

I live very near this campground. I haven't been there in years. They have really improved the entire park area. The falls part of the park is super nice. The campground was clean and well shaded. Each evening we could clearly hear Sheila the lioness across the gorge. It's cool to hear a lion as you relax next to your camper. The trails are also very popular. I intend to walk them often now that I realize there is such a gem so close to my home. There is cable and wifi throughout the campground.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Bad need for upgrade

We stayed here a few months back. Campground was rather hard to find along the road. When we got here, we noticed a lot of areas that were in need of repairs and upgrades. Sites were not numbered properly and only had one access area. Lots of shade. Cable TV here worked really well. Swimming pool was really dirty. My kids were really disappointed that they couldn't go swimming.

We stayed here in a Popup Trailer.

Finding Your Way In and Around is Challenging but good otherwise

We had some difficulty finding not just the campsite but also where we would stay because of the poor signage that they have here. But once we got here, it was well worth it. The sites were level and spacious. It was very well-maintained. There is only one access area for every two sites, so it can be quite hard to go in and out. Lots of shady areas here. The falls at the end of the hiking trail was beautiful and well worth the trip. Many of the other parts of the campground need some maintenance, especially the pool. But all in all, it was a pretty okay trip. Will definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.
