The Flamingo Campground, 38 miles south of the main entrance of Everglades National Park, sits at the tip of the Florida peninsula and lies along pristine Florida Bay. It is truly a place lost in time. At the end-of -the road you can enjoy solitude, canoeing/kayaking, birdwatching, photography, ranger-guided programs (in winter) and more while camping in a subtropical climate.
The campground has 234 drive-in sites, 64 walk-to sites and is open year round.
Ninety of these sites can be reserved in advance. The remaining 208 sites are available on a first come-first served basis. Group sites are available by reservation only.
