Can't get money back!

I reserved a site in this park in November 7 for Dec 20th for a week. I told them the size of my rig, gave them a $100. I got there but the site wasn't near big enough hung over into 2 roads. Other campers said that won't work. There were empty spots all over the CG, so I went up to office but they said it was basically take it or leave it. They didn't have any openings.
I've called back several times about my money to date but still haven't gotten it.
It's a dumpy looking park. This was their fault, not mine but they still won't give my money back. Guess I'm going to my credit card company now.

We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.

Cheapest Place to RV on the Island

If you're going to SPI, I assume you're going for the beach. This park and the KOA are all that are avaiilable on the Island for camping.

This park racks 'em and stacks 'em. You are VERY close to your neighbors so I hope you like their music, smelling their cooking, and hearing their partying. However, you are a short bike ride to the Beach!! Plenty of monthly/seasonal renters, and the park stays fully booked all summer long. Also watch out for the sand burrs (they will be stuck EVERYWHERE!) and the ant hills. Do NOT go barefoot anywhere in the park!!!!

Also their rates have gone up so don't go by the rates on the website. And we don't use the showers/bathrooms so I can't comment on the cleanliness of those. So far, it's cheaper than the KOA next door.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.
