Appears to be an old mobile home park that's being converted to a RV park. To call it a resort is a bit of a stretch. I will say the price was right, bathroom clean, staff friendly, and location convenient for those traveling on I95. Passport America made it even a better deal. I would overnight here again.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

The full-hookup sites are easy to get into. The owners work hard to oversee the property which includes the RV sites, a motel, a U-Haul business and other housing. They were attentive and helpful. We were guided to the site, invited to see a movie, and given directions to a hometown restaurant.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer 5th Wheel.
