Although the rates were okay, the many long-term RVs and trailers tended toward moderate to downright trashy. Thankfully, these were largely grouped in one area and avoidable. The swimming pool is far from the toilets resulting in we observed the pool being used as a commode. Often the bathroom doors were either not operable or locked. We also found the staff hostile and the owners dishonest. The gravel roads were washed out in many places and many sites were flooded after a moderate rain. We would never go back. The only good thing is the proximity to Georgia mountain sightseeing although there are several nice state parks much closer in. The closest town, Cleveland, is very rural but does have a new Walmart.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
