Damage
It is the responsibility of guests to obtain appropriate fire/theft insurance coverage for their personal property and contents. This insurance should include coverage for all personal items such as furniture, clothing, etc. We are not liable for any of the resident’s/guest’s personal property, or for any losses or injury to any persons or property occurring within your RV or upon our property. This includes family and/or visitors. |
General
Exterior Appearance Unsightly RVs/trailers or RV’s/trailers in excess of 10 years old are not permitted occupancy at this park. No permanent alterations may be done to the site or common grounds. Any structure or object which inhibits grass growth is prohibited. Installation of a patio is not allowed. Storage sheds and similar structures are prohibited. Sites must be kept neat and clean at all times and never used as a storage area. Only plants and outdoor furniture are permitted. (No towels, laundry, mops, boxes, trash containers, bicycles, etc.) |
Pets
Insurance regulations prohibit us from accommodating Pit Bulls, Pit Bull Mixes, (American) Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Doberman Pinschers. Large pets are not permitted at any time. No pet may exceed 40 pounds in weight. All Pets shall be properly cared for, fed and watered and wastes removed on a regular basis. If any Pet, or the conditions under which any Pet is maintained (for example failure to control noise or to remove odorous wastes), interferes with the use and enjoyment of the premises by any other guest, then upon complaint by such guest, the management shall investigate and shall take such steps as are necessary to abate such nuisance. Quiet Hours
Strictly enforced, 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (Please respect your neighbors.) All minors must be at their own site at quiet hours. No noise emitting equipment. No bright lights. In order to insure your own comfort and that of your neighbors, radios, televisions, stereos, or musical instruments, must be kept to a minimum volume, especially between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Please be a good neighbor and avoid unnecessary noise. Radios and other sound-producing equipment may be operated from 8 am to 9 pm providing they are kept at low volume so as not to be heard in nearby sites. Car radios may not be operated in the park if they can be heard outside the car. |
Trash
The Site and other areas reserved for your private use must be kept clean. All garbage must be placed in be tightly wrapped plastic bags before depositing in dumpsters. No outside garbage cans. There is a Dumpster located near the entrance to the premises. Make sure cigarette and cigar butts are extinguished and placed in appropriate receptacles. Do Not throw cigarette butts on the ground! |
Vehicles
The speed limit is 5 miles per hour. Guests are responsible for informing their visitors. The speed limit is strictly enforced.
Washing vehicles or RVs/campers on the property is prohibited. Vehicle repairs and/or maintenance are prohibited on the property.
Street Motorcycles are allowed to operate with the following restrictions: (1) Operation must remain ON ROAD at all times, (2) unmuffled or excessively loud exhausts are not allowed, and (3) operators must possess a valid motorcycle driver's license and obey all speed limits.

Visitors
All guests are responsible for the adherence by visitors to the rules of occupancy as specified. Visitors who fail to abide by the rules of the park are not welcome and may have their privileges revoked at the discretion of the management. Visitors may not, in turn, grant guest privileges to other persons. The management may exclude visitors or others who, in our judgment, have been violating the law, any other rules, or disturbing other guests, neighbors, visitors, or owner representatives. We may also exclude from any outside area or common area a person who refuses to show photo identification or refuses to identify himself or herself as a guest, occupant, or visitor of a specific guest in the park.
