We stayed here for two months this summer and it was awesome. The sites are all concrete. Our monthly fee included electric, water, cable TV and wifi. There are washers/driers at the resort. Everyone is terrific to deal with. This was our first RVing experience and we loved it. We loved the location - the sky is amazing! It was far enough out to be really quiet but close enough to civilization if we needed to get something.

We have friends hosting there so we stopped on our way back from Polson, Montana in September and ended up staying 2 nights. A beautiful park, large spacious sites, even used the hot tub and clubhouse. Highly recommend.

Large, spacious sites with level, lighted cement pads. Wonderful amenities~wifi, cable, washer/dryer, clubhouse, nice pool with hot tub and adult only hot tub!! Super nice folks running the place and we've stayed there almost every year since they opened. Convenient to Cadillac Ranch and Palo Dura Canyon. Family friendly and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
