ATVS are encouraged as many trails are nearby. Mabb’s Ranch is in a private, secluded little valley, but we are not remote. Located about 15 miles from Heber or Showlow, we are completely surrounded by Sitgreaves National Forest and about 4 miles south of Highway 260. We provide water and sewer but no power. Most of our campers make Mabb’s Ranch their Summer Home or just come up on weekends. You can bring your own quiet generator. Month to Month is $250/ month.
