5 stars because this park was LEVEL! There are no extra amenities. Bath house and laundry facilities only. Clean and easy access. Rent is dropped in box at the tiny office. Quiet, not on a major artery, traffic is minimal with a business across the road. Train whistle can be heard but it is faint. Slight upgrade from road into the park. Park is all gravel with cement strips for RV wheels, not quite wide enough to have all wheels on the strips. Our MH self leveled in seconds!! Only one site is a pull through and it aligns with the knoll. Good water pressure, does not stink or have any discoloration. I know most people would not give 5 stars for this park/campground. It is basically a parking lot but if you are staying one night the level spots make setting up go so much easier and after a long drive that is a fantastic feature. If your hookups are toward the front of your RV, you may need longer sewage pipe. Trees ring the perimeter. You may have a hard time getting satellite signal if your spot is directly across from the entrance to the park. Those spots are closest to the treeline. Dumpsters are near the few storage rental units. After checking out the other RV parks in the area this park is excellent for a MH, no chance of sinking into a wet grassy or semi grassy lot.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
