Nice, clean and convenient

This campground is located a block or so off the main highway, in a nicely forested area. It's convenient, but you can hear the highway. Campsites are well maintained with good spacing between them. The sites have blacktop pull through or back-in spaces, with gravel tent pads. Some sites are located along the Buffalo River. Friendly & helpful camp hosts. Bring your groceries, as not too much available in town. Also bring mosquito spray. I'd recommend seeing Mesa Falls while you are there. There's a nominal fee to see The upper falls with a nature center, but lower falls are free. The Mesa Falls scenic byway is great for wildlife viewing. We saw moose, elk, coyote and deer

We stayed here in a Truck Camper.
