While the location may at first seem to be in the middle of nowhere, this is one of the most quiet and peaceful, yet elegant resorts at which we have ever stayed. The staff and residents were friendly and inclusive, and the amenities, while presently lacking cable (hopefully soon to be rectified) were top of the line with an oversized pool, hot tub, craft room, billiards/card room, large activity room with stage and dance floor, lending library and more. All sites are either privately owned or for sale by the resort. As expected, there was a sales pitch but it was so soft and low-key we actually enjoyed it and asked for even more information! This is a resort with a lot to offer and even more potential. We are already planning our next long weekend there.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

Beautiful and Friendly

This is a beautiful facility, with excellent, paved roads and sites. The staff really could not have been any more accomodating or friendly. This is a quiet, adult facilty with a very nice pool, hot tub, and clubhouse that can serve many functions. We stayed here in the off season, and would like to come back in the winter when the park is more populated, just to see the difference. I would highly recommend it for a peaceful, quiet getaway.

All rates are subject to 9% Sales and Hospitality Tax.
Electrical charges are charged to all monthly and seasonal rental at a rate of $0.14 per kwh.

Changes and Cancellations:
Florida Grande Motor Coach Resort requires a 72 hour notice for changes or cancellations to daily or weekly rentals. 30 days notice is required for cancellations or changes for monthly or seasonal rentals.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued for cancellations prior to 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date; otherwise, the renter will forfeit their $50 depsit. NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
