Nice Big Upscale Resort - Only Issue Is Interstate Noise

Nicely laid-out large upscale resort. All the sites and roads are wide, long and paved. Our services worked well except for the WiFi, even though the park was mostly empty. They also have nice cabins and some nice ponds.

Very much targeted at families - several swimming pools with bars, children's playgrounds, mini-golf (very worn, but they are going to either replace with an amusement park, or redo), large rec hall, arcade games. They were about to open a prehistoric park next door and are planning a go-karting track. They have lots of events on the weekends.

They also have a large store with camping and RV supplies. The only main issue is the noise from the I-10. Would've been 5 stars otherwise.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.

Superb park

Clean, beautifully appointed park, reasonable rates, full amenities, courteous employees, easy check-in. All passage roads are paved and truly level, as are all parking spots. Further, the parking spots are extra wide, making it just that much more pleasant to pull in and pull out. The two minor negatives (and they are minor): the park is near I-10, so there is a faint constant noise from the traffic, and the road leading into the park is narrow and could be a bit daunting were you to arrive after sunset (no shoulders). Don't let those two minor points deter you: this is a place you'll enjoy.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
