When I called to make tent-camp reservations, the camp manager couldn't seem to understand my request but I booked anyway because of the lack of space closer to the parks. What we got was packed gravel with no way to stake the tent. The spaces were so small, I don't see how the RVs could put out their slides. There was a water spigot and electrical but no table or fire pit. They did have a tenting area that was basically a grassy field with a couple of trees and a couple of fire pits for as many renters as could fit the space. When we arrived there were probably 20 groups already there. I did discover there were a couple of electrical outlets for tenters as we were packing to leave a day early. The other amenities included decent lavs/showers and laundry - attached to a tavern. Between the barking dogs and bar patrons it was not particularly quiet. This was an expensive lesson for me on how to find better camping sites at better prices.

We stayed here in a Tent.
