We were the only campers there the first week of September, but still felt safe. A fine overnight spot, or even a couple days. Convenient to I-40, but far enough away to be quiet. A few easy pull through sites with water and electric that have nice trees. Another RV parking area was not so great looking. Unfortunately, bathrooms and showers were not good. Picturesque little lake and fields.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Quick stop off I40, directions did not say to turn left at road to tents so we missed in the dark (no camping sign either) & ended up the not so scenic RV sites in our van. But the fees were low, facilties were decent, we were out of the wind, had the place to ourselves (Nov.) & saw deer.
